Multiple accounts
You are not allowed to register more than one player account in the game. This basically means that you're stuck with the character you picked when you first registered for the game. The only ways you can get another character or more than one character are if your first character has a child within the game or dies. Players creating more than one account, or logging onto more than one account run the risk of being banned from the game and having their characters killed.

More than one player on the same computer?
Generally this is ok. But never ever login using another account than your own. That kind of behavior will not be looked upon with gentle eyes. |

I'm having problems logging in!
This can be caused by a lot of different reasons. Make sure that the caps lock key is not pressed. Also remember that your login name is not the same as the name of your character. Besides that your browser has to be set to allow cookies. If you're still having problems logging in after following these steps please contact us and tell us which browser you are using. |

I have forgotten my password!
No problem. Just go here and we'll send the login information to your registered e-mail adress.

How do I change my Password?
To change your password, just click User Information on the character menu. That link takes you to a page where you can edit all your user info and options.

How do I become a VIP?
|
| This is easier than putting your sliced bread in the toaster in the morning. Just log in then go to the Popmundo Shop which can be found in the VIP section and follow the instructions. |

My account has been blocked!
|
| If your account has been blocked due to failed login attempts, it will automatically be unlocked within 24 hours. There's no need to contact us if this happens. If your account has been closed by an ingame authority, please use the contact form and explain your current status. |
